Very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived past the reception hours, but they kindly went back to the hotel to check us in. Fahrouz was very kind and even helped with the luggage and explained ...
Areas for improvement:
The 2-bedroom apartment is outside the main hotel and we had to walk up a flight of stairs. Not too bad really, but just inconvenient when you are carrying big luggages.
